Event: The Founders’ Cup is a 36-Hole Net Stroke Play

Format: Individual NET Stroke Play 

Scoring: Official scoring will be done in golf genius. This round is postable. 

Record each player’s gross score. The app will calculate applicable handicap strokes and assign the individual score on each hole. Following play, players need to confirm and attest their score at the scoring table. 95% of Tournament Handicap will be used. 

NOTE: NET Double Bogey Max

NOTE: Optional Individual Gross and NET Skins Game ($20 for net or gross, or $40 for both, payment taken on Saturday at check in). Each day will represent a different skins game.

Course: Original Day #1, North Day #2  

Tees: Tournament Tees unless qualified for White or Gold    

Closest to the Pin: All Players on All Par 3’s

Flights: This event will be flighted for proshop credit purposes. Golf of the Year points will still be based on overall standings between the flights.

Ties: First place ties will go to a sudden death playoff using the same format as the tournament. Starting on #1 North including handicaps. All other ties will be broken using the USGA scorecard playoff rules. Back 9 hole score, last 6, last 3, then 18th hole.
